what you confirm
By sending material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for this request. This includes photographs, music, recordings, logos, fonts, illustrations, testimonials, names, and text created by someone else.
the permission you give us
You give Brandsana a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, edit, reproduce, and prepare the submitted material only as needed to assess and deliver your requested brand support. This permission ends when it is no longer needed for the request, subject to reasonable backups and legal recordkeeping.
publication approval
Nothing will be published on your behalf without approval. Drafts may be shared privately with you for review. Your approval confirms that the final facts, names, images, and calls to action are ready to use.
third-party material
If ownership or permission is unclear, we may pause that part of the request and ask for clarification, a replacement, or proof of permission. We will not knowingly use material that infringes another person’s rights.
finished work
Your rights in final deliverables will be confirmed with the scope of work. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
