brandsana

privacy

your request stays private.

Brandsana collects only what is needed to answer, assess, and deliver your request. Uploaded source material is not made public.

what we collect

We collect the organization and contact details you provide, your service choices, written notes, shared links, voice recordings, uploaded files, and messages you send to L.a.i.LA. We also record operational information such as submission time, file size, conversation status, and whether L.a.i.LA marked a conversation for human review.

how we use it

AI-assisted conversations

L.a.i.LA uses Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses. Recent messages in the same conversation are provided so L.a.i.LA can keep context. L.a.i.LA may mark uncertain, sensitive, or out-of-scope requests for human review. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive records through the assistant.

where it is stored

Submission records and L.a.i.LA conversations are stored in Cloudflare D1. Uploaded material is stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Authorized Brandsana production staff can access the material through our internal production workflow. We do not sell your information.

retention and deletion

We keep records, conversations, and source material only for as long as reasonably needed to answer or deliver the work, maintain an accurate project history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission or conversation by replying through the contact channel used for your request.

shared links

If you submit a Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar link, the privacy and access settings on that service remain under your control. Share only the files needed for the request.

security

Files are stored in a private bucket and are not exposed through a public directory. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive records.
